BTR.com is an online destination where shoppers discover hand-picked products in assortments curated by our experts. Through partnerships with our suppliers, BTR is able to provide discounted pricing and single-source shipping convenience. Each assortment is available for a short period of time, as quantities are limited. Shoppers can subscribe to a daily notification of new products and assortments as well as special events and coupons.

BTR prides itself on our supplier relationships, with a preference for buying local or from sustainability-focused companies. We’ll promote products which are natural, highlight the earth-friendly, and emphasize those which are simply better for you. 

 

Shipping and returns

We currently ship to non-post office addresses in Canada and the continental United States. In most cases, orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2-5 days. Some products require extra care or special logistics and may require a few more days to ship. A shipment confirmation notice is emailed once your order has shipped.

Shipping fees are calculated at the time of order placement and depend on the shipping address and product specifications. In most cases a flat-rate shipping applies as well as free-shipping thresholds. Extra shipping fees may be applied for products deemed oversized or overweight. If applicable, a notice should be visible on the product detail page.

For items not marked as final sale or clearance, they may be returned in its original condition for credit within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact our service team at  1-844-400-4287 or email service@btr.com to request a Return Authorization Form (RMA) and details on fulfilling your request.

What if you cannot fulfill my order?

In rare cases, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to provide you with the product you ordered. Our service team will credit your BTR account or issue refunds if applicable if this happens. Credits are immediately applied on a subsequent order once the shopper has logged in.

Can I order by phone or visit a retail location?

Orders can only be placed through BTR.com at this time.

Are transactions secure? Is my personal information secure?

All transactions are executed with top tier encryption technology, and passwords are stored encrypted and inaccessible to anyone. Your personal information is not shared or sold to anyone.
